WHAT THEY NEEDED?

Blue Lava needed a customer knowledge base for their existing clientele. This knowledge base needed to provide information across a variety of topics regarding their platform as well as maintain the same branding as their website. Blue Lava also needed the ability to report on knowledge base activity and knowledge articles in order to receive insight on client needs and gaps in the knowledge base content.

HOW WE SOLVD IT

SOLVD developed custom themes and responsive front-end code to match website branding. SOLVD’s team configured a knowledge base, organized by topics and data categories to facilitate publishing knowledge articles quickly and assigning them to the correct topics on the customer Experience site. SOLVD also developed custom authentication/registration processes to ensure that people registering for the community were actual customers of Blue Lava.
