Cribl needed a way for their sales and finance teams to work better together. We automated the invoice creation process upon new deals being closed by sales and built an integration with Quickbooks Online so that finance could manage the payments from there. This helped ensure that account and invoice data was consistent between the two systems and that both teams have visibility.
SOLVD reduced Cribl’s system swivel-chairing and centralization of all data regarding Cribl’s customers through syncing invoices with their accounting system and Salesforce. SOLVD created more defined sales and quoting processes, reduction of “cowboy quoting”, and solid processes defined on which Cribl has scaled to unicorn status. Then SOLVD also had a reduction of manual processes and engineering time for cutting software licenses through automation and server integration with Salesforce.

GRIN needed help offloading a lot of work from their sole admin. Their org was very complex and had a lot of automation and processes running at the same time. Riskonnect’s integrated risk management solution offers the visibility to reduce risk, increase efficiency, and improve organizational performance.
Riskonnect had disparate systems and spreadsheets that supported selling and renewals motions internally. These processes caused Riskonnect signiﬁcant internal business complexity, a slow time to quote, missed or delayed billings, and potentially, revenue leakage. They had a heavy manual renewal process in the CRM which caused significant rework and manual processes for the financial depart- ment. They wanted to create product bundles within their CPQ implementation.
SOLVD used its deep knowledge of CPQ and Riskonnect’s business needs to create a product bundle structure. This gave Riskonnect the flexibility and control it was looking for in the quoting process. SOLVD also automated Riskonnect’s expansion and renewal pipeline using CPQ to eliminate errors and manual effort.
Additionally, SOLVD migrated historical data that was housed in both external systems and spreadsheets into Salesforce to ensure a single source of truth. This allowed Riskonnect on day 1 to use CPQ to both manage and renew historical contracts as well as sell new logos.
