USA Bath serves homeowners throughout Northern California and Northern Nevada. Most people would say we specialize in a variety of bathroom projects. We, however, think we specialize in providing customer satisfaction through high-quality products, reasonable prices, and a professional, transparent installation process.


USA Bath needed to have a single source of truth for their Salespeople. With an Inside Sales team and agents in the field this involved automated calling queues, activity tracking, and a workflow for field agents to use during the sales process. They also needed to be able to integrate with other services like LeadPerfection, Hatch, DocuSign, RingCentral, GuildQuality, and


SOLVD built a series of automation and integrations to fully automate USA Bath’s inside sales call center. The system keeps track of all leads that need to be called, and when, as well as processing several different scenarios post-call to make sure each Lead follows the ideal sales cadence. SOLVD also built a flow for field agents to use that guides them through the process of what information needs to be collected for each sales appointment, and routes that information to the cases, activities, and opportunities involved. SOLVD’s team built a series of reports and dashboards so that the management team can see how the sales teams are performing at a high level. SOLVD also used a combination of Pre-built connectors and custom integrations to integrate Salesforce with their other systems to eliminate manual processes where possible. Because this implementation has been complex, we have also provided troubleshooting and training to enable their administrator to be as successful as possible.
