When Spencer Lowe, SOLVD’s CEO + Founder started SOLVD, he made a decision early on that he never wanted to hire salespeople. It’s not because he doesn’t think salespeople are useful or good. There’s a role for them to play, but in our business, we’re focused on being a trusted advisers that can help you make the best decisions for your business. To avoid any of those misaligned incentives salespeople can have we have you work directly with one of our consulting managers from the beginning of your engagement with us.

3. MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT

Before starting on your project we will need to have you sign our MSA. It was written and intended to be as customer friendly as possible, while making sure we have shared expectations about things like payments, billing, confidentiality, all of these elements that are crucial to make sure there’s no misunderstandings. If you need to review the MSA prior to signing, please reach out directly to the consulting manager that you’re working with and we can work those out before we get started on your project.
