When Spencer Lowe, SOLVD’s CEO + Founder started SOLVD, he made a decision early on that he never wanted to hire salespeople. It’s not because he doesn’t think salespeople are useful or good. There’s a role for them to play, but in our business, we’re focused on being a trusted advisers that can help you make the best decisions for your business. To avoid any of those misaligned incentives salespeople can have we have you work directly with one of our consulting managers from the beginning of your engagement with us.
