Logan Growth Advisors quickly outgrew the systems they use for keeping track of their business and needed a system that could scale with them as they continue to grow. They have a unique business process and thus needed a system that was flexible enough to support their processes and able to keep track of the complex relationships they build facilitating the buying and selling of businesses. They also needed input on how to streamline their workflow in order to operate more efficiently.

HOW WE SOLVD IT

Through analysis and design, SOLVD discovered significant pain points in their current process and designed a solution that streamlined their workflow via process automation, SOPs and reporting. SOLVD’s team developed custom objects and and relationships amongst objects to keep track of the customer’s journey as well as complex relationships between various entities throughout the process.
