How does Agentforce predict outcomes in Service Cloud?

  4. Define Example Cases
    • Show the system examples of past cases that escalated and those that did not.
    • This helps the system learn what factors lead to escalation.
  5. Select Important Fields
    • Choose key information like case type, priority, and description.
    • Remove fields that do not help or that create bias.
  6. Let the System Build the Model
    • Click Build and wait for the prediction model to be created.
    • This can take between 30 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the data.

How Predictions Help Customer Service

Once the model is ready, it gives each case a score (out of 100). The higher the score, the more likely the case will escalate.
