    • The team clicks “Amend” and picks the date the change should start.
    • A new price quote is created automatically.
  • Update the Product
    • The team edits the subscription (for example, upgrading storage from 100GB to 500GB).
    • Revenue Cloud calculates the new price instantly.
  • Confirm and Save the Update
    • Once the change is complete, the updated subscription is saved.
    • The customer receives a clear breakdown of the new pricing and features.
