When you’re in the field helping customers, sometimes the internet just isn’t there. It’s a common concern for field service reps—can Agentforce still work when you’re offline?
The short answer is no.
As of now, Agentforce doesn’t support offline use. This means if your team is out of range without a connection, they won’t be able to use Agentforce until they’re back online.

But don’t worry—there’s still a lot that Agentforce can do to support your field service team.
Even though Agentforce doesn’t work offline yet, it comes with built-in tools made for field service teams. These tools help your dispatchers and reps work smarter and faster while they’re online.

After a rep finishes a job, Agentforce can help create a quick, clear summary of what was done. That way, nothing gets missed.
With just a click, reps can get a summary of any service appointment. Agentforce pulls info from fields like start time, notes, and date ranges to generate a helpful overview.

Even though Agentforce isn’t offline yet, its built-in actions are a big help. They save your team time, reduce errors, and help everyone stay on the same page—even when things are busy.
