AgentForce depends on Salesforce and AI tools. Without the internet, it cannot get or process information, so most features won’t work.
Even if Salesforce improves offline options, AgentForce will still need internet. Until AI can run without the cloud, offline mode won’t happen.

If you need offline access, Salesforce’s mobile caching might help, but AI tools like AgentForce still require an internet connection.
