Over this year, Parker has developed noteworthy technical skills in the Salesforce space. He is currently earning his Master’s Degree in Information Systems Management from Brigham Young University. He loves being able to help clients increase the efficiency of their business processes. He says “it’s amazing to see how clients react when we take a manual, tedious process and make it fully automated.” In Parkers free time you’ll catch him watching movies or playing all sorts of sports, including basketball, volleyball, and pickleball.

I love how comprehensive Salesforce is. It allows any size of company to streamline their business and help delight their customers. It provides sales, service, and even financial support that can be tailored to each company’s specific needs.
I have been able to work with a company named KEPHD to help automate their processes in Salesforce. It has been amazing to see how simple automations can allow for better reporting, more accurate forecasting, and complete information for their customers.
I have loved how the company’s culture is focused on growth. Everybody acknowledges that they are learning and do everything they can to help others learn. I have been stuck on problems before and as soon as I ask a question to the group, I have multiple answers to help me solve the problem.
My team is my first point of contact when I need help. We work together to make sure we can deliver the best results to our clients. We also have a great time together and try our best to get to know each other outside of work.
The leadership team’s focus is to help everyone develop into the consultant they want to be. They put our priorities fur and give everyone opportunities to strengthen their weaknesses and develop their talents.
My biggest accomplishment so far has been getting my Salesforce Admin certificate after only working with Salesforce for a couple of months.
Spencer Lowe and Matt Brown have been great inspirations on my consulting journey, and they both had a role to play in helping me find my interest in Salesforce. Jonathan Peckham has also been an inspiration in helping me develop my skills both with Salesforce and consulting.
The biggest resources I have taken advantage of are the other team members. They all have so much knowledge of different aspects of Salesforce and can quickly help me find a solution to my problem.
My favorite benefit has been weekly lunches with the company. Not only do we get free lunch, but we also get to spend time getting to know whom we work with.
The most unique part about working at SOLVD is the fully remote work. At first, I was worried about not getting to know my coworkers like at other companies that I have worked remotely for, but they have made it a priority to maintain inclusiveness and morale.
I have grown in many ways during my short time at SOLVD. I first developed my technical abilities with Salesforce. I have also developed my consulting and project management abilities while shadowing my managers and other teammates. Overall I have grown more in the past 3 months at SOLVD than I did in a year at any of my last jobs.
From my initial call with Spencer through project implementation with John and Evan, my experience with the SOLVD team was excellent. They were quick to understand our business needs, clear when explaining the reasoning behind proposed solutions, transparent when reporting on progress and timeline, and all around enjoyable to work with. Would highly recommend and looking forward to continue working with them in the future!
SOLVD was very straight forward with everything needed to complete the project. No surprises, no issues, and cost was aligned with the estimate. They made implementation easy and quick.
