Over the last year, Emily has been gaining professional Salesforce consulting experience while working on earning her Master’s Degree in Information Systems from Brigham Young University. Driven by helping companies be able to become more efficient Emily loves the challenge of removing manual obstacles and repetitive tasks so that they have more time to focus on more important aspects of their business. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, she LOVES it! Hiking is her favorite but she also enjoys riding horses, mountain biking, skiing, pickleball, snowmobiling, wake surfing, and fishing!

Salesforce is an amazing tool that can help make processes more efficient. I love all of the options it has to automate tasks so businesses can focus on important revenue-building activities instead of necessary routine tasks. It is very customizable and has so many features to help in so many business situations.
For this I would have to say Oakwell, this was the first project that I helped with. It has been cool to see how SOLVD integrated me into the project and then let me grow and now I am able to do most of the work for them. I am proud of how far I have come and how I have been able to help Oakwell.
SOLVD has an amazing company culture of teamwork and continual improvement. Each person on our team is genuine and strives to do their best. The culture is also very understanding and real.
My team is fun and helpful! They are always willing to help me when I have too much on my plate or am new to a specific task. They encourage and push me to be better.
Our leadership team here at SOLVD really do care about us as an individual. They take the time to know us individually and are always willing to help. They are constantly pushing us to be the best we can be but are always there to support us and lift us up when we need them. They don’t put themselves above the rest of us and can really relate to us as they have been in our shoes before.
My biggest accomplishment is just the great depth of knowledge that I have received. I have been able to improve my technical, project management, and consulting skills through amazing examples and training.
John has been one of my inspirations in this company. He was my manager when I first joined SOLVD and immediately expected great things from me which really made me want to succeed. He pushes me but also is there for support and helps with any problems that I run into. Ryan also is amazing at helping me when I get stuck and is great at explaining tasks that need to get done.
The tech pack has been so amazing. I have loved using the laptop and extra monitor to be extra efficient and get the work done that I need to.
The tuition reimbursement is such a great benefit! It shows me that SOLVD cares about me as an individual and growing employee, not just an employee who needs to get tasks done. I also love the flexible schedule that they allow me to have. It really helps when I am busy with school and many group projects.
I would say the most unique part of working here is the culture. It is so refreshing to work for a company that cares about me as an individual and not just working towards a goal of revenue. They are giving me opportunities to grow and I can see where my future is in this company.
I have grown a ton while working here. There are many amazing examples around me that inspire me to be better. I have also grown professionally by getting experience talking with clients and helping them with tasks that they need help with.
From my initial call with Spencer through project implementation with John and Evan, my experience with the SOLVD team was excellent. They were quick to understand our business needs, clear when explaining the reasoning behind proposed solutions, transparent when reporting on progress and timeline, and all around enjoyable to work with. Would highly recommend and looking forward to continue working with them in the future!
