MEET BECCA
SOLVD's Executive Assistant, Becca, has over 10 years of industry experience. Because of her top executing strengths, she identifies problems others fail to notice. She'll repeatedly create solutions and find the right answers and is always yearning to improve things about herself, other people, or situations. In her free time, she enjoys going on walks with her dog Gulliver, she loves hiking, reading books, traveling, and camping.

What is your favorite thing about Salesforce?
I love that for a newb like me there is Trailhead to learn what I need to before messing something up for a client. They have the sandbox where you can "play" with changes that don't actually go live.
What has your experience been with our company culture?
I have been able to be behind the scenes and construct the company culture events and I have loved how it has brought everyone together to bond and get to know one another on a deeper team level. We all look out for one another and I believe that stems from the hard work to keep the culture as one of our most important aspects.
What is your team like?
My team is awesome! I am officially apart of the admin side of things so I get all the tasks no one has time to complete. I love that everyday for me is different and ever evolving in the learning process.
What are some things you’ve noticed about our leadership team?
I have noticed how hard they work to make sure everyone gets their work accomplished but what has been awesome to witness is if anyone on their team, or within the company is struggling they are astut enough to notice and help the individual achieve their goals.
What have been your biggest accomplishments on our team?
Our quarterly events have been my biggest accomplishments for the team.
Who are some of your biggest inspirations within the company?
Spencer, Aleesha, John, JP, Evan, and Ryan - I didn't want to add the whole leadership team because I believe other individuals deserve to be shouted out as well. The way all of the above interact and show how much they care about everyones success be personal or professional is something to be inspired by.
What kinds of resources have you taken advantage of while on our team?
I have enjoyed using Trailhead to gain more understanding of what our consultants to on the day to day.
Which benefits are your favorite and why?
I love all of our benefits but my favorite has been the massage benefit it keeps me loose and ready to accomplish anything!
What’s the most unique part about working here?
The culture, I have never worked for a company who cares more about the individual than the work. That is not to say they don't care about the work as well. They just believe you have to be at your best to work at your best and provide avenues to be your best through the extensive benefits we have!
How have you grown professionally while on our team?
I have learned that it is ok to fail. This is an avenue to become better to grow and learn into being a better individual. I love our accountability that we have to cross & self report. There is nothing negative related to this structure it is simply designed to give us an opportunity to share what we are not doing well on and learn how to turn that around and be better.
