To see if Agentforce works well on mobile, we set up a test website called Coral Cloud Resorts and tried it ourselves.
Here’s what we did:
1. Opening the Chat
We tapped the chat icon in the bottom right corner. Right away, the Agentforce assistant popped up, ready to help.
2. Asking About an Event
We asked:
💬 “Tell me about the Full Moon Beach Party.”
Agentforce quickly gave us event details and asked for our email and phone number.
“It’s default functionality is to first ask for an email and a phone number. This is an action you can set up in your agent.”
This means businesses can customize how Agentforce chats with customers.
3. Checking for Open Spots
Next, we asked:
💬 “Are there open spots for February 22nd?”
Agentforce replied:
“There are 25 slots available. Would you like to book this session?”
4. Booking the Event
We said:
💬 “Yes, with five guests, including me.”
Agentforce confirmed our booking in seconds—showing that it can handle orders and reservations right from a phone.
