Many businesses need reports to check on cases and improve customer service. A common question is: Can AgentForce make custom case reports?
Right now, AgentForce cannot create custom reports. But new updates come out often, and this feature might be added soon.

Even though it cannot make reports, AgentForce is still very helpful for managing cases. It lets users:
For example, an agent can ask for a case number, find the case, and type a comment like “This issue is solved.” The system saves the update right away.
AgentForce keeps getting better. While it cannot make reports today, it helps teams track cases easily. A report-making feature may come in the future.
For now, businesses can still make reports manually. But if you use AgentForce for case management, watch for new updates.
