Managed Facility Solutions needed help setting up Sales Cloud to match their existing data structure. They wanted streamlined,
simple processes for quickly creating renewal records and tracking locations for their customers. In addition, they needed to migrate their products and pricing options into Salesforce for
quoting purposes.

SOLVD customized the standard objects to house their data in a coherent manner. SOLVD also created some custom objects and actions to handle some of the more complicated requests. SOLVD built out a whole quoting process to allow Users to easily merge in pre populated data from Salesforce onto a Quote template.

GUTTERGLOVE IS WINNING WITH SOLVD

Gutterglove is a growing company that installs the nations most trusted gutter guards. That leaves the client with no more gutters to clean.

Gutterglove wanted to have greater visibility and insight into the sales processes and activities, as well as the ability to forecast and report on sales and completed orders in relation to quotas. They also wanted the ability to auto-assign records to sales reps based on what territory. Lastly, they wanted to ensure data and records were kept up-to-date with NetSuite and other external systems.

SOLVD configured Sales Cloud objects with key fields and automated the processes. We created reports and dashboards to provide visibility and insights into Quotas, Forecasts, Completed Orders and Sales Activities. Created automation for Lead Auto-Assignment based on Territory. Maintained integration with NetSuite and ensured data integrity and accuracy. Assisted in collection of Leads from web form and sending them to Salesforce. Created custom fields and automation to give visibility into Order and Revenue information. Assisted in de-duplication of record. Assisted in setup and change management for MFA implementation. Planned for future enhancements and integrations such as SSO, RingCentral, and Outlook.

PATHSTREAM IS WINNING WITH SOLVD

Pathstream transforms today’s frontline workers into tomorrow’s future-ready talent through their education software. They increase employee retention & reduce turnover costs by transforming frontline jobs into careers worth staying for.

Pathstream needed to consolidate their legacy B2B and B2C Salesforce orgs in order to minimize future costs, and maximize continuity of the business moving forward. Their B2C org was being used by a whole support staff with internal structure there to support students. Their B2B org was being used to manage sales and marketing. Pathstream was looking to keep track of both sales and service in one org.

SOLVD took the B2B service cloud which was being used to manage sales and marketing, and then merged it into the B2C which was only being used for support to students. SOLVD started by importing the configuration, then imported the data, then imported the users. SOLVD configured the system and security during the process. SOLVD updated the security model to be in line with best practices, ensuring that the migrated users will have only the permissions they need. It is important to note this project was completed under budget. There was time left over and SOLVD made sure that users of both orgs were happy, understood the merge, and that everything was working for both users from the B2B and B2C.
