Salesforce Spring ’26 Revenue Cloud Release Highlights

The Spring ’26 Salesforce Release delivers transformative changes for Revenue Cloud users, with headline news that Revenue Cloud is now part of the AgentForce family as AgentForce Revenue Management Agent. This rebrand is far more than a name change—it marks a sweeping shift toward AI-powered automation throughout the entire quote-to-cash process.

Let’s break down what this release means for Salesforce customers and why it’s such a game changer.

Native Promotions Engine: Smarter Campaigns, Less Custom Code

The standout feature in this release is the newly introduced native promotions engine. For the first time, Salesforce offers powerful out-of-the-box capabilities to:

  • Define promotion eligibility based on custom rules, sales channels, or customer segments
  • Control how multiple promotions interact—choose stacking, overriding, or setting a specific hierarchy

This feature is invaluable for organizations running high-volume, seasonal campaigns or navigating complex discount structures. It reduces (or eliminates) the need for extensive custom Apex code to manage sophisticated promotional logic.

Performance Gains: Instant Pricing Upgrades

Revenue management often slows to a crawl in complex quoting environments. Spring ’26 delivers two major upgrades to instant pricing:

  • Smarter recalculation. Now, changing one quote line triggers recalculation only for those impacted, skipping unchanged lines for lightning-fast updates.
  • Truly instant pricing. Instant pricing is now active by default, so sales teams see updates immediately as they edit. No manual “save” or “calculate” clicks required! This offers a fluid, consumer-like experience that boosts productivity.

Enhanced Support for Multi-Year and Complex Deals

If your sales team deals with multi-year or highly complex quotes, Spring ’26 brings major wins:

  • Multiple Ramp Schedule Groups: Manage independent ramp schedules within a single quote, improving flexibility.
  • Enhanced Order Amendments: Users can amend ramped and non-ramped assets—even with different state periods—in a single transaction.
  • Advanced Filtering: Filter massive quotes by error state, configuration status, or custom criteria, making navigation of complex deals much easier.

User and Admin Experience: Faster, Friendlier Configurator

The admin and end-user experience within the configurator has been overhauled:

  • Increased search limits and bulk select (more than 20 products at once)
  • UI improvements for a denser, more compact interface
  • In-place editing and cloning of product instances straight from option cards

Global Ready: Full Localization

Global Salesforce teams benefit from new full translation support for runtime messages, ensuring warnings, errors, and other guidance appear natively to users around the world.

Billing and Orchestration: More Granular and Flexible

  • First Order Item Billing: Bill individual items as they are delivered, perfect for organizations combining goods and services.
  • Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator (DRO) Flexibility: DRO can now be applied to any transaction type—including non-sales use cases.
  • Data Cloud Integration: Map context definitions directly to custom Data Cloud data spaces for deeper insights in revenue processes.

Testimonials

Our clients say

From my initial call with Spencer through project implementation with John and Evan, my experience with the SOLVD team was excellent. They were quick to understand our business needs, clear when explaining the reasoning behind proposed solutions, transparent when reporting on progress and timeline, and all around enjoyable to work with. Would highly recommend and looking forward to continue working with them in the future!

Veronica Wong Director of Operations at Pathstream

SOLVD was very straight forward with everything needed to complete the project. No surprises, no issues, and cost was aligned with the estimate. They made implementation easy and quick.

Matt Benzaquen Sr Manager, Sales Strategy at Instabug

As a rule, I'm pretty stingy with my recommendations. So it's a pleasure for me to recommend Solvd as a top-flight Salesforce consultancy. Solvd recently led our company's conversion to the Lightning interface and did it on time, on budget and made it easy for me and my team. I know I'll use their services again, and am confident they can do the same for you.
