How do I create and manage product bundles effectively with Revenue Cloud

What’s a Product Bundle?

A product bundle is a group of items sold together. Think of it like a meal combo — instead of ordering each item, the customer gets everything they need in one go.

There are two types of bundles in Revenue Cloud:

  • Static bundles: Always the same. The customer can’t make changes.
  • Configurable bundles: The customer can pick and choose what goes in the bundle.

How Do You Make a Bundle?

Here’s a quick and simple version of the steps to create a bundle in Revenue Cloud:

  1. Get your setup ready – Make sure your Revenue Cloud system is ready to manage products and permissions.
  2. Create your main bundle – Turn on the setting that lets you configure the bundle during checkout.
  3. Add the other products – Go to the Structure tab and choose what goes inside the bundle.
  4. Set rules – Pick which items are required and which ones are optional.
  5. Add prices – Link your products to price books so everything is priced correctly.
