Exencial had several processes, all using the case object to track progress. Inefficiencies were identified due to excessive back-and-forth communication, insufficient visibility into the progress of individuals in various roles, and ease-of-use issues that obstructed accurate data capture.
SOLVD examined the client’s existing processes and devised a new solution utilizing Omni Studio, an automation tool available within Financial Services Cloud. The new approach streamlines the workflow and grants enhanced visibility into the progress of each step and the various roles involved in the process. To ensure a seamless transition, SOLVD documented the solution and provided the client with a comprehensive project plan and estimate for their reference and planning purposes.

Invision Capital is a middle market private equity firm providing “Flexible Capital” to facilitate buyouts, recapitalizations and growth investments in manufacturing, distribution and service companies.
We set up Invision Capitals org to utilize Financial Services Cloud and include custom Objects and functionality. We set up and customized their outlook integration, reporting, dashboards, campaigns, permissions, and profiles. We also migrated all data from their old org to the new one.
SOLVD had weekly meetings to go over what was needed and what business processes we were trying to implement in Salesforce. This allowed us to constantly update the buildout to accomplish precisely what they were looking for. We also ran training on these calls to make sure user adoption was happening.

New York Mortgage and Trust (NYMT) is an internally managed real estate investment trust delivering stable distributions over diverse economic conditions.
New York Mortgage and Trust operates in the complex financial space coordinating large real estate deals. The nature of this industry is that many people, both internal and external, are required to proceed through a complicated due diligence process, ensuring all t’s are crossed, and i’s are dotted, prior to executing on a new property. In order to streamline this process, NYMT sought a way to more easily communicate and involve their external parties throughout the Opportunity process, giving them visibility into Diligence items, and provide these people with easier tools for uploading important documentation. Further, given that this process revolves around this documentation, usually in the form of files with different revision processes, they wanted to ensure that this portal allowed for centralized file storage in a location that met internal accessibility, visibility, and security policies.
