  2. Agentforce figures out what’s going on. It uses natural language understanding (like ChatGPT does) to understand what needs to be done.
  3. It picks the right tools for the job. That might be a flow, some code, or connecting to another system using an API.
  4. It follows rules, called “guardrails.” These are like safety rails that keep the AI from doing anything outside its job.

How Does Agentforce Stay Safe and Honest?

And when it comes to answers, Salesforce has a set of standards it follows — things like being honest, helpful, and responsible.
