How do you deploy Agentforce quickly

What if you could get AgentForce working in Salesforce today? It might sound impossible, but with the right steps, you can do it fast. This guide will show you how to get AgentForce up and running quickly.

Step 1: Check Your Setup

Before you start, make sure your Salesforce account is ready.

  • Check Your Edition –
    “If you have Enterprise Edition or higher in Salesforce, you're able to add the Salesforce Foundations package for free.” – Andrew Maisey, Consultant at SOLVD.
  • Get the Right Licenses – You need the right permissions to use AgentForce. If you’re not sure, ask a Salesforce expert for help.

Step 2: Turn on AgentForce

Once your setup is ready, follow these steps:

  • Turn on Einstein – In Salesforce Setup, search for “Einstein Setup” and switch it on.
  • Activate AgentForce – Go to “Agents” and turn on AgentForce.
  • Create a New User – This user will act as your bot, like a Sales Coach.
  • Give the Right Permissions –

  • Set Up the Agent – Write a simple description of what the bot should do.
  • Deploy It – Decide where to use AgentForce (like a website, a sales page, or a support panel).

Step 3: Use AgentForce

Now that your agent is ready, it’s time to use it. Here are some ways to deploy it:

  • Website Chat – Let customers ask AgentForce questions anytime.
  • Sales Page – Add a sales coach bot to help your team inside Salesforce.
  • Support Panel – Use AgentForce to answer common customer questions fast.

After setting it up, test it to make sure it works well. You can always adjust its settings to improve it.
