Does AgentForce Work Offline?
As of March 2025, AgentForce cannot work without the internet. It needs a connection to get the latest data and provide answers.
Even Salesforce has very few offline features. The Salesforce mobile app allows:
- Seeing recent records that you viewed before losing internet.
- Using some saved data when offline.
- Making basic changes, which update when you go back online.

Why Can’t AgentForce Work Offline?
AgentForce depends on Salesforce and AI tools. Without the internet, it cannot get or process information, so most features won’t work.
Even if Salesforce improves offline options, AgentForce will still need internet. Until AI can run without the cloud, offline mode won’t happen.
