What languages does Agentforce support?

If you are using AgentForce, you might want to know what languages it can work with. This guide will explain which languages are available and how you can change the language settings.

Languages AgentForce Can Use

Right now, AgentForce supports many languages. The main one is:

  • English (all types)
  • Some other languages that are in the BETA phaseFrench
  • German
  • Italian
  • Japanese
  • Portuguese
  • Spanish

How to Change the Language in AgentForce

If you need to change the language for your AgentForce agent, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings – Open your AgentForce settings and find the Agents section under Einstein settings.
  2. Pick an Agent – Choose the agent you want to change.
  3. Open Agent Builder – Click Open in Builder to go to the Agent Builder screen.
  4. Find Language Settings – Click the color palette icon and select Language Settings.
  5. Choose a Language – You can pick a single language or allow all available ones.
  6. Save the Changes – The new settings will be saved automatically.
