Agentforce is getting better! New updates will make it easier for businesses to get work done, save time, and automate tasks. Here’s what’s coming.

Agentforce 2.0 – What’s New?

A big update is coming in February 2025, with some features rolling out early. These updates will make work easier and help teams do more with less effort.

1. Prebuilt Skills Library

Agentforce will now have ready-to-use tools for CRM, Slack, Tableau, and the AppExchange.

Businesses can:

  • Solve customer problems while checking sales data
  • Automate daily tasks without coding

2. MuleSoft Integration

Agentforce will connect to more systems, making it easier to set up. In January 2025, businesses can create smart AI agents using simple instructions in plain language.
