What are Agentforce’s data storage rules?

Keeping data safe is very important, especially when using AI tools like Agentforce. Salesforce has strong rules to protect data. They use something called the Einstein Trust Layer to make sure AI is safe and reliable.

Main Rules for Data Storage

Agentforce follows six big rules to keep information safe:

No Data is Saved
Agentforce does not keep or store any user data. Once AI processes the information, it deletes it. Salesforce works with OpenAI and Azure to follow this rule.
Limited Access
Agentforce only looks at the data it needs to do its job. Each person using Agentforce can only access what they are allowed to see. If an AI agent does not have permission, it cannot read or change the data.
Safe AI Responses
AI tools need to be safe. The Einstein Trust Layer helps stop AI from giving wrong, harmful, or biased answers. This makes sure the information AI provides is useful and safe.
Hiding Sensitive Data
Some data is private. Agentforce hides or replaces sensitive information with fake but realistic data. This keeps personal details safe.
Checking for Bad Content

Keeping Records
