How do I manage Agentforce user licensing?

Agentforce Sales Coach helps sales teams sell better and close more deals. But before using it, you need to set up the right licenses in Salesforce.

Here’s a simple guide to help you check your licenses, create a Sales Coach user, and give your team access to Agentforce.

Step 1: Check Your Licenses

Before setting up Agentforce, you need to make sure you have enough licenses in Salesforce.

To check:

✅ Go to Salesforce Setup

✅ Find "Company Information"

✅ Look for "Einstein Agent User Licensing"

✅ See how many licenses you have

If you don’t have enough, ask Salesforce for more.

Step 2: Create a Sales Coach User

Now, you need to set up a Sales Coach user.

📌 Go to User Setup

📌 Click “New User”

📌 Enter an email for the Sales Coach user

📌 Set the User License to “Einstein Agent”

📌 Choose the Profile: “Einstein Agent User”

Give them admin access so they can change settings.

Give them “Agentforce Sales Coach User” access so they can get coaching and insights.
