History

To SOLVD’s founder, there is nothing more painful than watching clients and consultants alike drowning in red tape and wasting money with very little payoff. That’s why SOLVD was founded in early 2019, out of frustration with the inefficiencies of larger companies.

Since its inception, the SOLVD mission has been to eliminate the unnecessary costs and hierarchies that hinder progress while defying industry norms to create a unique consulting firm that gives clients better, more affordable results. By focusing on key principles, from project management to technical expertise, we not only build the best Salesforce consultants in the ecosystem, but leaders of the industry.

With annual triple-figure growth and lasting client partnerships, SOLVD continues to build systems and structures that ensure continued quality and execution at scale. Don’t worry. LEADERSHIP TEAM

Head of our Technical Architecture Practice, John is a Certified Salesforce System and Application Architect. His background is 10+ years in professional software development, DevOps / infrastructure automation, solution architecture, and engineering management. Outside of work, John loves spending time with his family, eating great food, and learning something new. He’s always up for a good coding frenzy.

Bi-lingual in English and Spanish

Specializing in Salesforce CPQ, Derik holds a Master of Information Systems Management and boasts 8 years in software development and Salesforce, and hundreds of successful Salesforce implementations for clients both large and small. As a California transplant now living in Utah, Derik spends as much time outside as possible when he’s not working. Depending on the season, you may find him skiing, backpacking, dirt biking, paddle boarding, scuba diving, or even lounging in a hammock.

Bi-lingual in English and Spanish

With over five years of experience, Matt has been able to work on 150+ different instances of Salesforce and garner a unique mix of knowledge. He’s certified as a Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant, Field Service Lightning Consultant, Pardot Specialist, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, and Marketing Cloud Consultant. Hailing from Vancouver Washington, Matt loves playing and watching sports and escaping to the mountains to snowboard.

Bi-lingual in English and Korean

While relatively new to the Salesforce and SaaS world, Aleesha’s marketing and management experience spans over a decade. Her previous roles as a Creative Director and Chief Marketing Officer paired with her Bachelor’s degree in Science Business Administration and Marketing has given her a unique perspective in the industry. Originally from Portland, Aleesha loves meeting new people, building relationships, art, music, taking her dog on adventures, and experiencing new cultures through travel.

Jonathan holds a Master of Information Systems Management and has 5 years of web development and Salesforce implementation experience. He’s also 5x Salesforce Certified: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator. As a problem-solving junkie, Jonathan loves finding ways to make life and business better through technology. He is a fun-loving individual who enjoys playing golf, snowboarding, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Bi-lingual in English and Portuguese

As a 5X Salesforce Certified Administrator, Evan is someone who continues to expand his skill set with over a couple of years of Salesforce and Salesforce Integration experience. He specializes in Apex code and Automations. Evan is curious about everything and it’s easy to get him excited with an interesting anecdote or factoid about almost any subject at all. He always appreciates an interesting book/documentary recommendation. He loves getting outdoors, primarily snowboarding and rock climbing, and spending time at home with his wife and two kids reading books, watching movies, or playing legos. His previous travel destinations include South Africa, Thailand, and multiple trips to City of Rocks National Park, and he looks forward to many future adventures.

With 10 years in sales, 8 years in customer service and success, 2 years in software development, 8 years in management, and hundreds of successful Salesforce engagements, it’s safe to say Spencer Lowe is a leading expert in the industry. In addition to holding a Master of Information Systems Management, he’s 11x salesforce certified: Application Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant, Data Architecture and Management Designer, Sharing and Visibility Designer, Platform Developer 1, Advanced Administrator, App Builder, Developer 401, Administrator. Spencer enjoys mountain biking and exercise, mostly as a way of counteracting his weakness for delicious foods. His wife and kids are his main source of joy and he loves to travel with them. His favorite locations so far include Grand Turk, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and India.
