Salesforce Revenue Cloud Operations Console Explained (Spring ’26 Update)

Salesforce’s Spring 2026 release for Revenue Cloud delivers some noteworthy changes that administrators and consultants need to be aware of. The familiar Pricing Operation Console has received a name change and expanded functionality, alongside advanced logging features designed to make debugging and support significantly easier.

The Key Rename: Pricing Operation Console Becomes Revenue Cloud Operations Console

In previous releases, those working with Salesforce Revenue Cloud looked for the “Pricing Operation Console” when troubleshooting or reviewing key data. As of Spring 2026, Salesforce has rebranded this as the Revenue Cloud Operations Console. This change more accurately reflects the broader functionality now covered by this critical dashboard—covering all aspects of Revenue Cloud, not just pricing.

You’ll now find the console by searching for Revenue Cloud Operations Console in the Salesforce menu. Its expanded dashboard includes:

  • Price Waterfall storage
  • Decision tables
  • Pricing procedures
  • API calls
  • Pricing API executions

Enabling the Right Settings for Logging

A crucial setup step—often overlooked—is enabling the proper waterfall settings. Without these, new logging features won’t function, and the console won’t display any logged data. Here’s how to make sure everything’s set up correctly:

  1. Open Setup in Salesforce.
  2. Type and select Pricing Setup.
  3. Enable these two options:
  • Activate the price waterfall for API responses: Ensures Salesforce returns a detailed breakdown of price calculations with every pricing API call.
  • Turn on price waterfall persistence: Stores the waterfall data for later retrieval and display.

Both toggles need to be activated for logging to operate as intended.

Introducing Four Advanced Logging Types

Spring 2026 introduces four new logging categories to help pinpoint the root of pricing discrepancies and streamline debugging:

Attribute-Based Price Logs

  • Records every input and execution time for attribute-based pricing procedures.
  • Ideal for diagnosing incorrect pricing on configured products.

Derived Price Logs

  • Tracks scenarios where prices are inherited from other products or assets (such as renewals or previous subscriptions).
  • Provides visibility into the source of derived prices.

Price Propagation Logs

  • Essential for bundle or multi-level quote use cases.
  • Monitors how discounts and totals flow across the product hierarchy, helping trace subtotals versus individual line discrepancies.

Pricing Promotion Logs

  • Integrates with the new Promotions Engine.
  • Captures which promotions fired (or didn’t), reasons why, and the exact adjustments applied at the line level.

You can enable and view these by heading to Advanced Logging within Salesforce Setup.

Considerations for Performance

While these advanced logs are incredibly helpful, keep in mind that enabling multiple logging types will impact system performance. Evaluate your logging needs carefully to avoid unnecessary slowdowns.

Next Steps

Once you’ve run these logs and configured the necessary settings, you can review execution data directly in the console homepage. For those seeking a deeper understanding of what the execution logs look like or how to interpret the data, stay tuned for further breakdowns in upcoming SOLVD.cloud content.

Our clients say

From my initial call with Spencer through project implementation with John and Evan, my experience with the SOLVD team was excellent. They were quick to understand our business needs, clear when explaining the reasoning behind proposed solutions, transparent when reporting on progress and timeline, and all around enjoyable to work with. Would highly recommend and looking forward to continue working with them in the future!

SOLVD was very straight forward with everything needed to complete the project. No surprises, no issues, and cost was aligned with the estimate. They made implementation easy and quick.

Matt Benzaquen Sr Manager, Sales Strategy at Instabug

As a rule, I'm pretty stingy with my recommendations. So it's a pleasure for me to recommend Solvd as a top-flight Salesforce consultancy. Solvd recently led our company's conversion to the Lightning interface and did it on time, on budget and made it easy for me and my team. I know I'll use their services again, and am confident they can do the same for you.
