4. CREATE FLOW
We’ll produce a business process diagram for each process we are reviewing. This document shows all steps in a process and ensures a proper understanding of how you are operating today. We can then be confident in making recommendations while mitigating the risk of making a change that unintentionally disrupts other parts of the business.
Our recommendations will include the process diagram, documented pain points from our discovery sessions, and proposed solutions moving forward. You can choose to tackle some issues yourself, or to involve our team where you need some additional bandwidth or expertise.
