With Experience Cloud, you are opening up access to your CRM to your partners and/or customers. It is critical to ensure that proper permissions are assigned for each role so that the right people can see the right data, and nothing else.
3. USER INTERFACE + DESIGN
Simplicity is critical to ensuring partners and customers understand how to work in your portal. We will work together to design a clear and simple Experience, that will feel like your brand. We start from Salesforce’s robust templates and customize using declarative options to quickly deliver an attractive and usable Experience.
4. PROCESS ALIGNMENT
You are buying an Experience so that your partners and customers can be more closely involved in important processes like Channel Sales, Support, etc. We will ensure that your process makes sense, uses Salesforce’s native tools, and follows best practices we have observed from working on hundreds of Experiences.
5. TRAINING + ROLL OUT
We will provide training materials for your internal team that will be managing your Experience. We will also provide guidance and best practices for your rollout plan to your Customers and Partners. Additional training and support can be provided on an hourly basis as needed following the Quickstart.
